Sysdig is looking for a highly experienced Global Systems Integrator candidate that has the experience, creativity, and leadership to take our successful cloud and security partnership portfolio with Accenture to the next level. The ideal candidate must have the background in leading GSI partnerships in the cloud and security space while working closely with Sysdig’s product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams in order to drive a sustained strategic advantage for our Secure Devops Platform vs. our competition.  In addition, experience in working with Accenture globally including their security, industry and partnership teams.

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in leading strategic GSI partnerships in a SaaS and/or security company, including an instinct for capturing new business and market opportunities through joint solution and technology opportunities with the strategic GSI partners. In addition, the candidate must have the connections and executive presence to lead and collaborate with the alliance partners teams including at the C-suite level in order to grow and scale the business.

What’s Expected of You?

  • Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: executive interlocks, pipeline building, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development. 
  • Present and promote Sysdig's value proposition and capabilities that enable the partner to build a profitable Sysdig business group. 
  • Build GTM Plans and Co-Sell pipeline working in collaboration with our partners and support that with sales enablement. 
  • Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery 
  • Develop and execute training plans and capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to deliver successful customer implementations 
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Accenture’s ecosystem, Market Units, Industry team structure, leadership structure and sales model. 
  • Demonstrated success in building a joint GTM strategy and Co-Sell model in collaboration with Accenture and other Global ISV’s 
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales and/or business development and at least 5 of those years working with one of the big 5 GSI/consulting firms and specifically Accenture
  • Experience using products in Kubernetes, containers, security, cloud, monitoring, compliance and applicability across different industry segments will be a huge plus. 
  • Demonstrated experience articulating business problems and present point of view, using effective communication and presentation skills.
