BDR Operations Manager (US – Remote)

What you will do

  • BDR onboarding: onboard new BDR team members to tools and processes. Maintain BDR tool and process onboarding documentation and recordings. Continually improve onboarding processes with the BDR management team.  
  • Lead routing and territory management: manage lead routing in LeanData and Salesforce. Update territories and assignments based on changes in the organization. 
  • Tech stack: own roadmap and adoption for BDR tooling, including evaluation and implementation of new tools, ensuring thorough training, rollout, and ongoing usage. 
  • Data management: design, implement, and oversee data management processes and automation in Salesforce. Promote database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Productivity reporting and analysis: develop and manage BDR headcount tracking, planning, and modeling. Prepare ongoing reports and dashboards to analyze ramp time and meetings booked.
  • Performance reporting: develop and manage executive and leadership reporting for BDR team performance and outcomes. Own dashboarding and reporting for BDR management team for individual and team management, including activity and output KPIs like SLA, time to close etc.
  • Regionalization: work with a global team of BDRs selling to global markets including North America, Europe, and APAC.
  • Quotas and compensation: manage BDR and BDR management quotas. Partner with finance and the BDR managers on compensation. Identify areas of process optimization and automation for BDR compensation processes.

What you will bring with you

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales operations working with an inside sales and/or sales development team in a B2B sales environment.
  • Sales development experience is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesLoft or Outreach.
  • Experience building SDR/BDR productivity models and analysis.
