As the Chief Channels Officer, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy that drives revenue growth through global systems integrators (GSIs), ISV partners, VARs, distributors, resellers, and cloud marketplaces. You will define and lead the company’s partner strategy, enabling a world-class partner ecosystem that accelerates customer adoption, enhances market reach, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
What you will do:
Channel Strategy Development:
  • Define and execute a multi-faceted channel strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth goals.
  • Establish a clear vision for engaging GSIs, ISV partners, VARs, distributors, resellers, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Drives the strategy and execution plan ensuring channel initiatives are aligned with the company’s growth objectives and partner success.
Partner Ecosystem Management:
  • Build, scale, and manage strategic relationships with GSIs, VARs, and distributors to expand market presence.
  • Recruit, enable and build demand with various partner types including specialized security and DevOps partners, MPSs/MSSPs, Cloud and broad-based resale partners.
  • Optimize marketplace offerings with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to maximize reach and ease of adoption.
  • Drive joint business planning, including sales enablement, co-marketing, and go-to-market initiatives with partners.
Leadership & Cross-functional Alignment:
  • Lead a high-performing team of partner/channel managers and regional leaders.
  • Empower your team to take ownership of their respective areas, while maintaining a strong focus on cross-functional alignment and teamwork.
  • Champion a culture of leadership and critical thinking within the team, ensuring alignment with our broader business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, & PMM teams to ensure the channel’s objectives are fully aligned with our go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives.
Revenue Growth:
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Monitor and measure partner performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
Operational Excellence:
  • Develop scalable processes, frameworks, and programs to ensure operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with channel agreements, pricing models, and incentives.
What you will bring with you
  • Expertise in defining and executing strategies that align channel partners with the organization’s goals, driving mutual growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Proven track record of developing programs and incentives to maximize partner performance, ensuring consistent revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience managing diverse and global cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
What we look for
  • 15+ years of experience in channel leadership roles, preferably within the cloud security or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in building and scaling global channel ecosystems, including GSIs, VARs, distributors, and cloud marketplaces
  • Deep understanding of the cloud security landscape, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystems.
