What you will do
  • Reporting to the Director Global Talent Acquisition , you will be a driver in ensuring we’re providing an excellent candidate experience supporting critical recruiting functions with interview scheduling
  • You will be a primary contact for Sysdig throughout the interview process and make sure that each candidate has a high-touch, positive interview experience
  • You will support Sysdig EMEA Talent Acquisition team with all candidate interview coordination needs (video, phone, onsite and technical tests)
  • You will help with creating new requisitions and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise.

  • You will keep things moving forward to ensure deadlines and team goals are met
  • You will have experience scheduling structured interview panels
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent working experience
  • 2plus Years of Experience with Recruiting/HR related matters
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Fluency in English
